These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the services offered through it.
The website and services are operated by Atelier Essentia.
By accessing this website or contacting Atelier Essentia, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Nature of the Work
Atelier Essentia offers conversational, reflective, and exploratory sessions intended to support personal inquiry and development.
All sessions are conducted online via Zoom. Unless otherwise agreed, standard sessions last 90 minutes.
The work offered is not medical, psychological, or legal treatment and does not replace professional care where such care is required.
Clients are responsible for disclosing any physical or mental health conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the work or that may be relevant to the sessions.
Free Trial Session
A single free trial session of 30 minutes is offered once per person.
The free session may be rescheduled once, provided notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
Ongoing Work and Three-Month Commitments
Ongoing work is offered in three-month cycles.
By entering an ongoing collaboration, the client commits to a minimum duration of three months, with sessions scheduled as agreed in advance.
The frequency and rhythm of sessions are agreed individually.
Payment
Paid sessions are paid in advance via PayPal.
Payment confirms the reservation of the agreed session or session cycle.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Free Session
The free session may be rescheduled once up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
Paid Sessions
Cancellations up to 48 hours before the session are free of charge.
Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before the session are charged at 50 percent.
For ongoing work, one cancellation up to 24 hours before a session is permitted per three-month cycle without charge.
Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full unless there is a genuine emergency.
In the event of an emergency, please inform Atelier Essentia as soon as possible and provide appropriate confirmation.
No-shows are always charged in full.
Client Responsibility
The work offered through Atelier Essentia is collaborative in nature.
Clients remain fully responsible for their own interpretations, decisions, actions, and outcomes arising from any session or interaction. Participation is voluntary and based on personal choice.
Confidentiality
All sessions and communications are treated as strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Atelier Essentia unless otherwise stated.
Reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is not permitted.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Atelier Essentia shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of this website or participation in sessions.
This does not apply where liability is mandatory under applicable law.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable European Union law and relevant national regulations.
